This website is operated by FOREX ADVICE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13787709, registered office: 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, United Kingdom, WC1X 0ND. “We”, “us”, “our” and “Global Forex Genius” refer to FOREX ADVICE LTD.
SARA AI Agent software
SARA AI Agent is a Windows software platform designed to work with MetaTrader 5. It can provide market analysis, risk-management functions and, when enabled by the user, automated trade execution through the user’s own MetaTrader 5 account. SARA is not a standalone iPhone or Android trading app; mobile devices are used for secure remote monitoring and control.
No investment or financial advice
We provide software and technology tools. We do not hold customer trading funds through SARA, and SARA does not make FOREX ADVICE LTD the customer’s broker, custodian or investment adviser. Software outputs and market information are not personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
Trading risk and no guaranteed results
Financial-market trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, backtests, demonstrations and examples do not guarantee future results. No profit, return, win rate, prop-firm result or other trading outcome is guaranteed. Customers remain responsible for their trading decisions, account settings, leverage and risk exposure.
Licence, requirements and third parties
A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence subject to the plan, duration, device/account limits and product description shown at purchase. SARA may require Windows, a VPS, MetaTrader 5, internet access and a compatible broker. Brokers, MetaTrader, VPS providers, Shopify, payment providers and other third parties operate under their own terms and can affect execution or availability.
Orders, payments and digital supply
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorised payment providers. Software, licence information and setup instructions are supplied electronically. We may delay delivery where a payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, flagged for fraud review or requires verification.
Cancellation and refunds
For digital content, cancellation rights may change after digital supply begins. Where applicable law requires it, we request express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Account-management service
Where separately purchased, account management is a distinct service and is not the SARA software product. The applicable service terms, account size, starting payment, third-party prop-firm rules and any profit-share terms are disclosed for that service. The customer remains responsible for choosing the broker or prop firm and providing its official rules.
Intellectual property, acceptable use and availability
Our software, interface, documentation, branding and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or bypass licensing controls except where law expressly permits. We may update the software for security, compatibility or functionality, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to you are not removed.
