Digital products
Our products may include downloadable software, licence keys, activation, digital access and related electronic services. No physical goods are supplied unless expressly stated on the product page.
Cancellation before digital supply
Where applicable law provides a cancellation period, the customer retains that right until digital supply begins, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Immediate digital supply
If you request or agree to immediate access, activation, download or supply before the end of a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the applicable cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. This only affects statutory rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.
After download or activation
After lawful digital supply begins, we do not normally refund solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wishes to use the software, experiences different trading results, or fails to meet a particular profit or prop-firm outcome. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Faulty or misdescribed digital content
If digital content is faulty, not supplied, materially misdescribed or does not conform to rights provided by applicable consumer law, contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide technical assistance, repair, replacement, re-delivery, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law.
Trading results are not a refund basis
Financial markets are uncertain and software purchase does not guarantee profit. A profitable or unprofitable trading result by itself does not establish that the software is defective or misdescribed.
Trial or demo
A free trial or demo is not included unless it is expressly offered on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. Review the product description, system requirements and licence conditions before purchasing.
Duplicate or unauthorised transactions
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or believe a payment was unauthorised, contact us promptly with the order information. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy where applicable.
