Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process name and contact details, email address, order and transaction information, support communications, licence/activation information, IP address, browser/device information, approximate location, security logs and website interaction data. Payment-card numbers are handled by authorised payment providers and ecommerce infrastructure rather than intentionally stored by us.
How we use information
We use information to process orders, deliver and administer licences, provide support, secure the website, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve products, measure website and advertising performance, communicate about services and comply with legal obligations.
Shopify and payment services
Our online store uses Shopify. Shopify and authorised payment providers may process information needed for ecommerce, checkout, security, fraud prevention, order management and payment processing under their own privacy terms.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta business and advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, for advertising measurement, attribution and campaign optimisation. Depending on your privacy choices and applicable law, events can include PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase, together with event, browser/device, page URL and matching information. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics and marketing processing is not permitted until the required consent is provided.

Essential technologies support security, cart/checkout, language and privacy preferences. Analytics and marketing technologies are controlled in accordance with applicable consent rules and your available privacy choices. Shopify-managed pixels and audiences use Shopify’s Customer Privacy controls.
